A successful referral in the context of Kwikbit’s internet service referral program is when the person you referred completes the following steps:
Enrollment: They enroll to be a Kwikbit customer.
Installation: Kwikbit’s internet service is installed at their residence.
First 30-Day Free: They enjoy a whole month of internet service without any charges.
Payment: They pay their first month’s bill as a customer.
To qualify for the 30 days of free internet, the person you referred must meet specific criteria. These include enrolling in the service, completing the installation process, and enjoying their first 30 days of internet usage.
First Payment: Once your referred friend has met all the necessary requirements, they’ll need to make their first payment. This step is crucial because it confirms their commitment to the service.
Reward Processing: After your friend has completed the process, the reward processing begins. This involves verifying that all criteria have been met.
While we strive to be lightning-fast, we kindly ask for a little patience. Allow 5-7 business days after your referred friend completes the process for the reward to be processed and applied.
Referral Accuracy: When someone you’ve referred enrolls in the service, they need to enter your first and last name correctly as the referrer. This step is crucial because it directly ties their enrollment to your referral. If, by chance, they make a mistake and don’t enter your name accurately, it can happen (we’re all human!). You won’t be eligible for any rewards through the referral program or incentive.
Friendly Reminder: To avoid missing out on the rewards, remind your friends and contacts to double-check and enter your full name during the customer enrollment process. It’s a small step that makes a big difference!
